Naga Tribal Chant & Dance

Africans and music. This is how they express their feelings and tell stories. Music is a way of life for them and they take it real serious. When they were slaves, music helped them cope with the pain. They also hid messages in song.

  1. Very interesting video. The way they sing and dance is different, so are their clothing.

  2. Ashley, wow this was a different video from what Ive ever seen. I didnt know this is how they lived.I didnt know this is how they express their feelings and tell stories. I guess music is their way of life for and they take it real serious. Being a slave at one point I guess they needed music to keep their spirits up. This shows how muc=sic can have effects on the past and still to this very day

  3. I find it interesting how close they were when singing. It seemed like their spirits were kind of as interwined as they were with each other. I guess without the benefits of technology, the art of song and dance is just as good as any for self-expression.
